Prices & Reservation

Prices below are in SEK, excl VAT 6% and based on standard outings. Special agendas, longer travel times and the location of departure harbors can reflect price differences. Contact us for your unique package price.

Price per RIB boat (excl VAT 6%)

One (1) hour tour: SEK 5.500
Two (2) hours tour: SEK 8.500
Three (3) hours tour: SEK 10.800 (SEK 3.600 /hour)
Waiting time: SEK 900 per hour
Trailing of the boat: SEK 9 / km

If your group is larger than 100 people please contact us for an offer.

Optional (excl VAT 25%)

Beverage with snacks: SEK 75 / person
Coffee with pastry: SEK 75 / person

Nice weather warranty

It is hard to promise nice weather, but almost every weather is nice as long as you have the right gear which we provide you with. If you still want to wait to go out at sea when the weather is nice, we offer you the chance to re-book your trip for only SEK 1.000. Up to 3 hours before departure the trip can be re-booked. We will invoice 50% of the price agreed for the trip plus the re-booking fee of SEK 1.000. The customer has then the right to re-book the trip/route within the next 12 months and pay the other 50% after the trip is done.

Reservation and cancellation terms & conditions

Definitions

  • ”The Client” is the person – juridical or physical – that makes the reservation of the boat trip and is liable for payment.
  • Agapi Charter is the company responsible for the boat trip.
  • If no other agreement exists between the Client and Agapi Charter, these terms and conditions will apply

Information required from the Customer

  • Passengers list (name, surname and contact person) before departure
  • Total amount of passengers at order. Under no circumstances more passengers than the amount permitted on each boat will be allowed

Booking

  • The Client will send a reservation order by mail to info@agapicharter.se
  • If the Client is a private person, 35% of the total price has to be paid in advance no later than 3 days before the boat trip. Bank information: Handelsbanken, clearing no. 6126, account no. 522 633 382 or BankGiro 5480-3762.

Cancellation

  • The Client has a right to make a cancellation upon payment of the following charges:
  • Up to 4 weeks before the boat trip: 50% of the total price.
  • 1 week or less before the boat trip: 100% of the total price.

Payment terms

  • Juridical Person, 10 days upon invoice date.
  • Physical Person, 35% of total price advance payment or full price in cash before departure.
  • Hotel Industry Standard SHR will apply upon payment delays.

Force Majeur

  • Samtliga anledningar utom Agapi Charters kontroll ger Agapi Charter rätt att häva avtalet. Vid problem där orsaken är Agapi Charters ansvar (t.ex maskinhaveri) återbetalar Agapi Charter den del av köpeskillingen som relaterar till vårt avtal (dvs vi ersätter ej tredje part).
